By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Spotlight Xperience, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

Spotlight Xperience offers an SMS messaging program to provide timely communications related to our services, events, and customer support.

• Appointment reminders

• Proposal follow-ups

• Event updates

• Customer support messages

• Delivery notifications for AI-generated content

• AI Executive Headshots

• AI Trading Cards

• AI Sketches

• Digital photo galleries

• Download links

• Event instructions

• Promotional offers (only where you have provided consent)

2. Opting In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Completing a website form and providing consent

• Requesting a proposal through our website

• Registering for an event

• Participating in a Spotlight Xperience activation

• Completing an event lead capture form

• Checking an SMS consent box

• Providing written or electronic consent

• Otherwise expressly requesting SMS communications from Spotlight Xperience

Providing your phone number alone does not automatically enroll you in promotional SMS messages unless you have also provided the required consent.

3. Event Communications

When Spotlight Xperience provides services for an event organizer, sponsor, exhibitor, venue, or other client, you may voluntarily provide your mobile phone number to receive event-related communications.

Depending on the experience, these messages may include:

• AI-generated images

• AI Executive Headshots

• AI Trading Cards

• AI Sketches

• Event photo galleries

• QR code download links

• Customer support

• Event reminders

• Requested follow-up information

If the event is conducted on behalf of one of our clients, your information may also be shared with that client for purposes disclosed at the time your information is collected.

4. Promotional Messages

If you separately opt in, Spotlight Xperience may occasionally send promotional messages regarding:

• New experiences

• Product announcements

• Special offers

• Event technology updates

• Industry news

• Educational content

• Company announcements

Your participation in one of our experiences does not automatically subscribe you to promotional marketing messages.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Spotlight Xperience.

Generally, subscribers should expect to receive up to three (3) promotional messages per month, although additional service-related messages may be sent when necessary to support your event, appointment, or requested services.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s messaging and data plan.

7. Opting Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time.

To unsubscribe, simply reply:

STOP

After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message.

Unless you opt in again, you will no longer receive SMS communications from Spotlight Xperience, except where necessary to complete an existing service request or where otherwise permitted by law.

8. Rejoining the Program

You may rejoin the SMS program at any time by:

• Completing a new opt-in form

• Providing new consent

• Registering for another event
